Brochure Display And Racking

Exclusive racks where visitors decide what to do.

Brochure display, also called brochure racking, is the placing of leaflets in exclusive display stands where visitors decide what to do: airports, motorway service areas, train stations, hotel foyers, attractions and tourist information points. iDO racks more than 5 million brochures every month across 150,000 print points in the UK.

Exclusive Stands

Our racks, our sites, not a shared wire display.

Racked, Not Dropped

Teams return, restock and photograph every stand.

What is brochure racking?

Brochure racking is display space, not a delivery. iDO owns the stand, holds the site and keeps your DL or A5 leaflet facing the visitor for the length of the booking. The rack sits where the decision is made, so the brochure is picked up on the way to something, not on the way home.

How often is a brochure display replenished?

Replenishment is what separates racking from a one off drop. Local teams work their own areas from 60+ distribution centres, so stands are restocked on cycle through the season and every visit is photographed. Stock is moved between site types as the season turns, which keeps the best racks full in peak weeks.

Where are the brochure display stands?

iDO holds exclusive stands in airports, motorway service areas, train stations, supermarkets and retail outlets including John Lewis and shopping malls. Hotel foyers, tourist information points and attraction racks carry the same stock. That mix reaches the inbound visitor, the day tripper and the local family in one campaign.

Brochure Display, asked.

What size brochure fits a standard display rack?

DL, 99mm by 210mm, is the standard UK rack pocket and the safest format for a national brochure racking campaign. A5, 148mm by 210mm, fits the wider pockets used in service areas, supermarkets and malls. iDO advises 170gsm or heavier so the brochure stands upright in the rack.

What is the difference between brochure racking and leaflet distribution?

Leaflet distribution is a drop: print goes out to venues once. Brochure racking is display space held over time in an iDO owned stand, restocked on cycle and photographed in place. Racking is bought by season and site type, distribution is bought per thousand leaflets.

Can I prove my brochures were on display?

Yes. iDO GPS tracks every distribution round and photographs the stand with your brochure in it, then reports both on a live dashboard. More than £250,000 has been invested in that reporting, so a brochure display campaign can be checked while it is running.

When should a tourism brochure go into racks?

Stock the racks before the season starts, not during it. Visitors pick up brochures while planning, so Easter, summer and Christmas campaigns need print in the stands several weeks ahead. iDO has distributed print for the tourism industry since 1997 and builds the cycle around your season.
